ANACONDA — Authorities anticipate that accused killer Michael Paul Brown, 45, will be arraigned Wednesday on four charges of deliberate homicide and use of a dangerous weapon tied to the Aug. 1 slayings in an Anaconda bar of three patrons and a bartender.

Yet a judge's order sealing key documents in the case likely means that Brown's court appearance, either by video or in person, as well as related case filings, will not publicly disclose details about what happened at the Owl Bar that deadly morning.

An order filed Aug. 29 by District Court Judge Jeffrey Dahood sealed typically detailed court filings — with specifics about who, what, when, where, why and how — that prosecutors compose to support charges against defendants.
