After opening first location last year in Wichita, another Culver's is coming to east Wichita

Plans are being drawn up for a new Culver's location in northeast Wichita.

A commercial building permit for the site was issued last week with the Metropolitan Area Building and Construction Department. The listed address for the restaurant is 3507 N. Rock Road, which is north of K-96. The former IHOP is the only vacant building near that address.
