ANN ARBOR, MI — Deteriorated roads and bridges, traffic congestion, and crashes cost Michigan motorists billions a year, a newly released study found.

There is bad and not-so-bad news for drivers in the Ann Arbor area. While road and traffic conditions deplete wallets each year, it’s not as much as in other urban centers in the state.
