Inmate stabbed to death inside Northeast Ohio Correctional Center in Youngstown

A 29-year-old inmate was stabbed to death inside the Northeast Ohio Correctional Center, a private prison for men in Youngstown.

The Mahoning County Coroner was notified of the death of Isiaha Waulk, who was stabbed and then transported to the hospital, where he was pronounced deceased on Sunday.

The death remains under investigation by the prison staff, the Youngstown Police Department, the US Marshals and the Mahoning County Coroner's Office.
