Three people are injured, one critically, after a triple shooting on Sept. 2, Louisville Metro Police reported.

LMPD responded to the shooting call in the 10100 block of Laurent Way, an apartment complex in Valley Station, shortly after 4 p.m.

There, officers found one 17-year-old male shot in the head. He was transported to UofL Hospital in critical condition, according to a news release from LMPD spokesperson Matt Sanders.

Another 17-year-old male approached officers at the scene with a gunshot wound to his leg. He was transported to UofL Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, Sanders said.
