Another top U.S. men's national team prospect is headed overseas.

Inter Miami on Tuesday confirmed it loaned midfielder Benjamin Cremaschi to Serie A side Parma for one year.

Parma, one of the historic clubs in Italy, will have an option to buy the 20-year-old American after the loan for a reported 4.5 million euros. It is not a mandatory clause.

Born in the U.S. to Argentine parents, Cremaschi became Miami's fifth academy product to sign for the first team in November 2022.

He went on to become the first Academy product to reach the 100 appearances milestone along with eight goals and seven assists, becoming a key squad player alongside Lionel Messi and Co.
