Autopsy results of a Sparks man killed in the July 28 Grand Sierra Resort shootings detail how he was shot from behind three times in the casino’s parking lot.

Angel Martinez, 66, died from “multiple gunshot wounds,” the report from the Northern Nevada Regional Medical Examiner’s office found. He was declared dead at the scene.
