CHICAGO (WLS) -- Crash-and-grab burglaries are a growing trend in Chicago.

This time, thieves targeted a pawn shop on the city's Southwest Side.

Chicago police were on the scene on Tuesday morning in the 4500-block of South Cicero Avenue. Video captured the damage.

Police say a group of suspects drove a blue SUV into Cash America Jewelry and Loan around 2:30 a.m. They went inside, stole a bunch of stuff, and drove off.

So far, no one is in custody.

In recent weeks, several clothing and footwear stores were hit in similar attacks.
