Ouachita River prison would undergo ADA updates under proposed legal settlement

Three percent of the cells at the Ouachita River Correctional Unit would be made accessible to disabled inmates, and inmates with disabilities would be provided assistance with daily living activities under a settlement being finalized between the state and the U.S. Department of Justice.
