President Donald Trump announced that Redstone Arsenal will become the new headquarters for the Department of Defense's Space Command. This move brings significant changes to Huntsville, also known as the Rocket City.

Local businesses near Redstone Arsenal Gate Nine, such as Rocket City Tavern, Fiero Mexican Grill, and Rocket City Market, are poised to benefit from this development. Michael Northern, vice president and partner of these businesses, expressed optimism about the increased traffic and potential growth.

"We're excited about the prospect of having more people joining the Arsenal," Northern said. "I’m not exactly certain as to where their location is within the Arsenal, but I assume that it’s probably pretty close to our gate and we’d certainly welcome them in."
