Two big-box retailers that have recently announced store closings will see locations shuttered by the end of this month.

Kroger, one of the nation’s largest grocery store chains, announced in June that they will close about 60 stores by the end of 2026. Two locations - one in Abingdon, Virginia and another in Kingsport, Tennessee - are set to bid farewell to shoppers this month, Newsweek reports .

The Texas-based home furnishings store At Home also announced in June that they will be closing more than two dozen locations by the end of September.

A complete list of At Home locations, as compiled by USA Today , includes locations in 12 different states with California losing the most locations, seeing 8 stores close.
