The Chase star Paul Sinha has blasted Adrian Edmondson for being "rude" to him at a showbiz party. The 55-year-old quiz extraordinaire, also known as the Sinnerman, has called out The Young Ones star for his alleged behaviour, branding him as the "biggest douche bag in TV" on a podcast. During an appearance on the Bad Boys Done Good podcast, the stand-up comedian recalled that the Bottom actor, who is married to Absolutely Fabulous star Jennifer Saunders, was allegedly "really rude" to him when he was trying to express admiration for his work. "I was at an ITV party just a few years ago when somebody was just really rude to me in conversation when I was trying to fan boy him," he said. "In the end, he said to his mate, 'Does anyone even know who this t**t is?' and they walked off laughing." Paul added, "I wanted to shout back, 'You're not even the funniest person in your marriage!'" Before becoming a professional quizzer, Paul was a junior doctor and a stand-up comedian. He has been a Chaser on The Chase since 2011, and he hosted his own quiz show, Paul Sinha's TV Showdown, in 2021 and 2022. Comedy legend Adrian, who has yet to comment on Paul's remarks, has been married to Jennifer since 1985, and they have three daughters.
