CLEVELAND (WJW) -- More traffic tie-ups are expected Wednesday morning on a major route into the city of Cleveland.

A water main opened up last Thursday on the Cleveland Memorial Shoreway. Nearly a week later, the problem persists, causing traffic back-ups and detours.

Since last week, motorists navigated a strange detour off the exit at W. 45th and then right back onto the Shoreway.

On Wednesday, the Shoreway is closed from Lake Avenue to the W. 45th Street entrance.
