An urban explorer who walked into a Kent pub , which had been left abandoned for nearly 20 years, was shocked by one unexpected discovery.
Sean Piper visited a pub known as The Harrow a few months ago, 19 years after it was shut in 2006 and went into administration.
What he found inside was the decayed remains of a formerly active hospitality institution that had been left to the elements.
Sean, who said he’d visited the site several times, found vast arrays of mould and decay throughout the building.
He also uncovered problems with damp and a conservatory that had holes in the roof, allowing the weather to find its way into the pub .
