MILWAUKEE COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The federal trial of Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan is scheduled to begin on Dec. 15, with opening arguments.
The date was determined during a scheduling hearing Wednesday.
Jury selection will take place from Dec. 11-12.
Judge Dugan is charged with concealing a person from arrest and obstructing federal immigration proceedings.
Prosecutors allege she intervened in an Immigration and Customs Enforcement attempt to arrest an individual outside a Milwaukee County courtroom in April.
On Aug. 26, a federal judge denied a motion to dismiss the charges against Dugan.
