MUNCIE, IN — A Muncie man has been accused of supplying the drugs that led to another local resident's fatal overdose.

Henry Scott Sandoe, 44, was arrested on Tuesday, Sept. 2, on suspicion of dealing in a controlled substance resulting in death, a Level 1 felony carrying up to 40 years in prison.
