NFL commissioner Roger Goodell hinted at the prospect of Taylor Swift performing in the 2026 Super Bowl halftime show.

Goodell admitted that he’s keen on the idea of Swift taking to the field at the big game while chatting with Savannah Guthrie and Craig Melvin on the “Today” show Wednesday .

Guthrie asked Goodell if the pop star had been invited to headline the halftime show in Santa Clara, Calif., next February, prompting him to admit that the NFL “would always love to have Taylor play.”

“She is a special, special talent, and obviously she would be welcome at any time,” Goodell, 66, said.

Guthrie pressed him about whether or not a Swift show was “in the works.”

“I can’t tell you anything about that,” he admitted, before teasing, “It’s a maybe.”
