Washington state joins West Coast Health Alliance. Here's how it works

The Democratic governors of Washington, Oregon and California are forming the West Coast Health Alliance, a new initiative to give residents in these states credible public-health information about vaccine safety and who should receive immunizations, in response to what they call President Donald Trump's "politicization" of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, according to a Sept. 3 news release .
