A Pendleton man has been sentenced to 13 years in federal prison after admitting to running a multimillion-dollar Ponzi scheme and stalking TikTok creators, the U.S. Department of Justice announced.

United States Chief Judge Timothy M. Cain sentenced Michael J. French, 42, of Pendleton, to 13 years in federal prison, according to the United States Department of Justice. This is after French pled guilty to operating a multimillion-dollar Ponzi scheme and stalking two TikTok content creators.
