This walkway usually lets people cross from Faro Island to Monteagudo Island off northwest Spain. But on this day, the waves were not cooperating. Still, two people decided to give it a try. It wasn’t a good decision. The pair was swept off their feet and washed into the water. Lifeguards were able to get the pair to safety.
