Florida athletic director Scott Stricklin will receive an average annual salary of $2,075,000 from 2025-30, per terms of a contract amendment obtained by Gainesville Sun through an open records request that UF's athletic department fulfilled.

Stricklin will be eligible for bonuses up to $300,000 as part of the deal, which includes $100,000 if the Florida Gators finish in the top five in the Learfield Directors Cup, a $100,000 bonus for an association-wide Academic Progress Score of 985 or higher and a $100,000 bonus based on the discretion of UF's president. Dr. Donald Landy replaced Kent Fuchs as UF's interim president last month.
