DANVILLE — A Shamokin man faces felony burglary charges in Montour County following an arrest Wednesday morning.

Patrick Dowling, 27, was sought by Danville Police early Wednesday morning after the department was dispatched to a 3 a.m. alarm at Smoke Rings, 320 Railroad St., according to a press release.
