Nearly two weeks after an explosion at Smitty's Supply in Roseland, the Environmental Protection Agency is still cleaning materials from around the site.

According to the EPA, that number includes 2,356,200 gallons of oil and water and another 9,996 gallons of grease and water from the Smitty’s site.
There has been an estimated 79,674 gallons removed from the Tangipahoa River utilizing skimmers and MARCO boats. Crews have also removed 40,530 gallons from Neal’s Pond, according to the EPA.
