INWOOD - Washington and Musselman took turns having a productive half of soccer during their game on Tuesday night.

The Applemen got their turn in the first half, jumping out to a two-goal lead, but it was Landan Stull and the Patriots who had the most productive half of the game - a three-goal second half, all coming on Stull's hat trick, that lifted them to a 3-2 victory, handing Musselman its first loss of the season.

"I didn't really want to tie this team. I wanted to win, of course - everyone did," Stull said.

It was the Applemen (4-1) getting on the scoreboard just three minutes into the game after Dominic DeMasi got free ahead of the defense and put his shot past the goalkeeper for the 1-0 lead.
