CORALVILLE — The Coralville City Council and mayoral races are starting to take shape two months out from the election.

The Coralville City Council is made up of five at large council members and a non-voting mayor. Council members serve staggered four-year terms and the mayor serves a two-year term.

Mayor Meghann Foster and council members Hai Hyunh, Mike Knudson and Laurie Goodrich’s council seats are up for election this fall.

Goodrich, who has served on the council since 2014, has filed to run for Coralville mayor.

Foster, Hyunh and Knudson have not made a public campaign announcement at this time.
