The South Lake Junior Woman’s Club is inviting students and families to an evening of valuable resources at its upcoming “How to College, Scholarships, and More” event, scheduled for Thursday, September 25, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Puryear Building, 243 South Lake Avenue, Groveland.

The event will feature experts in the college admissions process, financial aid, and applying for scholarships. Attendees will also have the opportunity to connect with vendors representing organizations that award scholarships, along with community groups offering ongoing support services.

In addition to expert guidance, the evening will include giveaways and resources designed to help students and their families navigate the often overwhelming journey to higher education.
