OMAHA, Neb. —

A 37-year-old man faces multiple charges, including sexual assault, after multiple incidents.

According to a police report, on Aug. 21, police were called to a residence in north Omaha.

The report said a woman was cleaning and went into her daughter's room, where she found a man in her daughter's bed. She yelled for her son, and he chased the man out of the apartment and down the stairs.

According to the report, the brother lost sight of the man.

When police arrived, the brother said he believed he had gotten into the apartment through a window.

While the brother was talking with officers, he pointed to the man, who was wearing clothes on the next block over.

Police arrested Phktor Makeui, 37, for burglary.
