The NFL is finally back and thank goodness for that!

The football gods have blessed us with a NFC East rivalry duel between the Philadelphia Eagles and Dallas Cowboys. There’s no shortage of storylines in this matchup, including it being Super Bowl banner night for the Eagles and how the Cowboys will do without Micah Parsons.

NFL bettors probably feel like they’re in heaven since they no longer have to sweat preseason bets. They can actually bet on star players like Saquon Barkley and CeeDee Lamb. Cowboys fans will also get to see how the new addition of George Pickens does and are hoping its more touchdowns than drama.

Here are the best prop bets to take a look at for Thursday Night Football!

1. Jalen Hurts anytime touchdown (-150)

The Tush Push didn’t get banned this offseason and Eagles fans are probably ecstatic for that. It’s one of the most unstoppable plays and Jalen Hurts runs it to perfection. Hurts has scored 33 of his 55 touchdowns using the Tush Push and that should continue on Thursday against the Dallas Cowboys.

This probably won’t be a favorite bet for Barkley fantasy football owners, but anyone with this on their betting slip will be laughing straight to the bank.

2. Dak Prescott over 249.5 passing yards (-115)

The Dallas Cowboys have a really good chance of being down a ton in this game and Dak Prescott will be forced to throw the rock. He threw for over 250 yards in three of his last five games last season.

Prescott has a new weapon in Pickens and will have the reliable Jake Ferguson as a safety blanket. He’s averaging 257 passing yards in 13 games against the Eagles.

3. Philadelphia DEF/ST Touchdown (+500) or Dallas DEF/ST Touchdown (+850)

They say defense wins championships and both of these teams have players that have the potential to make an impact on opening night of the NFL season. There could be nerves from both teams so that could lead to a bad pick-six or a crucial scoop and score.

The Eagles have cornerback Cooper DeJean who had an insane pick-six in the Super Bowl and could be looking to feast on Dallas in the secondary.

DaRon Bland is no slouch for the Cowboys and was the first player in NFL history with five pick-sixes in one season!

These bets can be considered long shots, but they could be a nice win to start off your NFL betting season if everything breaks right.
