Google is rolling out a new Create tab in Google Photos , bundling together its editing and AI features. The biggest change is the addition of Veo 3, Google’s latest video generation model, which can turn still photos into short video clips.

With the feature, users select a photo and choose between prompts like “Subtle movement” or “I’m feeling lucky.” Veo 3 then adds motion, producing higher-quality video clips than Google’s previous photo-to-video tools. Google says users will have a limited number of free generations each day, with subscribers to Google AI Pro and Google AI Ultra able to generate more.
