CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) - The Cedar Rapids Washington football team dropped their first game of the season falling 38-16 to North Scott.
Quarterback Grady McGuire used his legs to score the Warriors first touchdown of the game to tie it at 7-7 in the first quarter. Logan Barton hit a 35 yard field goal to make it 17-10 at half. Grady McGuire was able to connect with Javion Seals in the endzone in final seconds to avoid a second half shut out.
The Warriors fall to 1-1 on the season.
