Mosman mega site sells as NIMBY tension rises over housing crisis

The owners of 12 Mosman properties have banded together to sell their neighbouring homes for a mega development site with scope for a $750 million apartment building – setting up the next test on boosting housing supply in Sydney’s wealthy suburbs.
