CINCINNATI (WXIX) - A man is being held on a $35,000 bond after Cincinnati police records say he killed a dog after crashing his vehicle and threatening to kill several people.
Daeshawn Peake crashed into a parked car along Clifton Avenue Thursday, according to his arrest report.
The woman whose car was hit by Peake says she went outside to talk to him after it happened.
“I walk over, not super close, I’m still a good distance, but walking toward him,” the woman, who wished to remain anonymous, described. “He sees me on the phone with the operator, he hears me saying, ‘Yeah, like he hit my car,’ and he was like, ‘Are you talking to the police?’ and he was like, ‘You stupid b word. I’ll shoot you; I’ll come and kill you. Who do you think you are talking to the police, hang up.”
