Guilford County Board of Commissioners will address an incentives request from a Rock Creek Industrial Park tenant that could represent 420 new jobs and a $77 million capital investment.

A legal notice filed Friday by the commissioners identifies the company as "Project McKinley."

A public hearing is set for 5:30 p.m. Sept. 18 at Old County Courthouse, 301 W. Market St. in Greensboro.

The company is requesting up to $1.16 million in performance-based incentives from the county. The incentives would be provides from the county's General Fund.

The company is considering an expansion at its Rock Creek facility in the Whitsett areas, as well as other sites in the U.S.
