Spots are important for handicappers to identify. There could be lookahead spots where teams may be eyeing the rival they're playing the following week and overlooking a weaker opponent they're facing next. There could be letdown spots where a team pulls off a major upset or gets a huge win and falls flat in their next performance. So to help figure out these spots, I'll release my favorite spots to bet for the upcoming week every Thursday this college football season.

Just for clarification, I'll mention if I actually bet on the game myself. Sometimes, I'll point out a spot for a team, but my numbers may not see enough value for me to bet it and make it an official play. For Week 2, I'll share three teams that I think are in good spots this week.
