A Mason City man was sentenced Friday to 20 years in federal prison, one of a pair of brothers convicted for their roles in a North Iowa drug ring.

Bradley Winters, 58, was sentenced after a March 18 guilty plea to two counts of distribution of methamphetamine. Winters' criminal history is extensive, with 33 prior convictions.

Gary Winters, 63, was sentenced Jan. 3 to 25 years in federal prison after a July 24, 2024, guilty plea to one count of conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance and one count of possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance.
