SUMNER COUNTY, Tenn. (WSMV) - A Tennessee man was sentenced to more than 160 years in prison for child sex crimes, according to 18th Judicial District Attorney General Thomas Dean.
On Friday, 48-year-old Christopher Howard Alessio, of Hendersonville, was sentenced to 162 years in prison without the possibility of parole or early release.
This comes after Alessio’s July conviction. A Sumner County jury found him guilty of seven counts of rape of a child, five counts of rape, seven counts of aggravated sexual battery and one count of sexual battery by an authority figure after a five-day trial.
