Despite Louisville football not having played James Madison in a few seasons, the Cardinals have more scouting insight thanks to Clev Lubin .
The Cardinals' new starting defensive lineman played the Dukes last year as a member of Coastal Carolina's football team. The Chanticleers lost to JMU, 39-7, with Lubin contributing four tackles.
"Obviously the quarterback's the same," Lubin said. "So, just watch my film from last year and how I played against them, see what I could do better and then making those suggestions to my teammates. Just collecting on their ( James Madison ) last game and some of their prior film as well."
