Leeds YouTube star Danny Malin has confirmed his exit from Rate My Takeaway due to "challenges behind the scenes".

Danny has quit the show following health concerns despite growing the Rate My Takeaway series into one of the UK’s most popular YouTube channels and built a social media following into the millions. He shot to fame during the pandemic for his Facebook videos working at Malcolm Michaels Quality Butchers. The food reviewer became a hit on YouTube with over 500 million views, and acquiring nearly 800,000 subscribers.
