A 37-year-old man wanted on sex offense charges by authorities in Summit County and Florida for several years was arrested Sept. 5 in New Orleans.

The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force acted on information that Shawn Brooks may have been living with his girlfriend in New Orleans, according to the U.S. Marshals Service. Brooks allegedly had stolen identities over the years, the U.S. Marshals of Cleveland said in a news release.
