EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) -- A vehicle is burning along the eastbound lanes on Interstate 10 at U.S. 54 on Friday afternoon, Sept. 5, according to the Texas Department of Transportation.
The call came in shortly after 2:45 p.m. and the blaze was extinguished as of 3 p.m., according to the El Paso Fire Department.
No injuries were reported.
There is traffic backed up along the on-ramp that takes motorists to U.S. 54 or Ciudad Juárez.
Traffic cameras show that the semi-trailer that caught fire is no longer burning.
