TUCSON, Ariz. (KVOA) - The Pima County Recorder announced a voting plan for those who observe Rosh Hashanah to make sure they can cast their ballots.

The Special General Election for Congressional District 7 will take place on Sept. 23, which falls on Rosh Hashanah. Pima County Recorder Gabriella Cázares-Kelly has shared important voting information to make sure those who celebrate the holiday have options to vote.

Early Voting will take place until Sept. 19. The in-person Early Voting Sites can be found online.

In-person Emergency Voting is set for Sept. 20 and Sept. 22. Those who will participate in Emergency Voting must sign an affidavit as to why they are unable to vote on Election Day, but an explanation of the emergency is not needed.
