(NewsNation) — A Long Island, New York, man is facing counterfeiting and conspiracy charges for allegedly selling fake Nintendo products that made him over $2 million, according to the Nassau County District Attorney's Office.

Between October 2018 and September 2025, Isaac Lapidus, 34, is accused of selling "hundreds of thousands of counterfeit Nintendo accessories for popular consoles and games through several Amazon seller accounts," District Attorney Anne T. Donnelly said.

Across five Amazon accounts allegedly linked to Lapidus, over 200,000 counterfeit Nintendo Switch Docking Stations, 10,000 counterfeit Switch Dock Adapters and approximately 15,705 counterfeit Pokémon Go Plus accessories were sold.
