Two teams battling for playoff spots in the National Women’s Soccer League lock horns on Friday night, as Racing Louisville plays host to the Portland Thorns.

Both teams are in a dead-heat near the bottom of the NWSL playoff picture heading into a busy weekend for the league.

The Thorns are trying to recover after what has been a series of lackluster results.
