RED HOOK, N.Y. — Maki Pine scored two goals and had an assist in New Paltz High’s 4-0 victory over Red Hook in a Mid-Hudson Athletic League (MHAL) girls soccer game on Thursday, Sept. 4.
Taylor Burdick and Callie Meyer had the other goals for the Huguenots, who improved to 2-0 MHAL, 2-1 overall. Meyer also had two assists.
Bella Morales made five saves for New Paltz, which outshot the host Raiders 19-3.
Isabella Faraldi made 15 saves in goal for Red Hook (1-2).
The Huguenots play at Mount Academy on Tuesday, Sept. 9, at 4:15 p.m. The Raiders play at Marlboro on Monday, Sept. 8, at 4:15 p.m.
