Though only a minority owner with a 5% stake, Tom Brady has reportedly been very involved in the Raiders’ decision making process. According to The Athletic, Brady was an integral part in the franchise’s offseason overhaul.

The Raiders fired coach Antonio Pierce and general manager Tom Telesco, and replaced them with Pete Carroll and long-time Buccaneers exec John Spytek, all moves that Brady had input on.

“When the 2024 season was over, Brady helped (Mark) Davis make the decisions to fire coach Antonio Pierce and general manager Tom Telesco,” Tashan Reed writes. “From there, he contacted coach and GM candidates directly and was on the hiring panel for each position. The result: Carroll and Spytek.”
