September is here, and with it high school football season in Florida has really kicked into high gear!

Football fields saw plenty of action from Miami to Tampa and Orlando to Pensacola on the third full Football Friday of 2025. And this week's schedule was a doozy, with Chaminade-Madonna vs. American Heritage, St. Thomas Aquinas vs. Columbus and Armwood vs. Tampa Bay Tech among the highlights .

Cocoa headed south to take on Vero Beach, while St. Augustine and Bolles renewed acquaintances. The Gainesville rivalry of Eastside-Buchholz saw another thrilling edition, as well, while Lincoln vs. Nease and Florida High vs. Hawthorne added to Friday night's excitement.
