While the owners of Crossroads Brewing in Prince George are saddened, they're thankful for the community support after their establishment was destroyed in a fire early Friday morning.
The fire was called in around 3 a.m. Sept. 5. Officers have stepped in to help Prince George Fire Rescue Services extinguish the fire at 508 George St. in Prince George's downtown core.
"We are devastated," owners Daryl Leiski and Cindy Zurowski on the brewery's Facebook page said. "While the building suffered significant damage, we are relieved to hear that everyone is safe and that nobody was injured."
The cause of the fire remains unknown at this time but the City of Prince George confirmed on Friday afternoon that the blaze is fully extinguished.
