TUSCALOOSA, Ala. ( WBRC ) - WBRC is On Your Side with some traffic reminders if you’re headed to Alabama’s game against Louisiana Monroe Saturday.

The Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT) and university leaders say the plan is set to make your drive time as safe as possible.

A couple of changes to keep in mind. On campus parking on the day of the game has gone up $5, and a reminder to fans, the primary roads on campus shut down 4 hours before kickoff.

There are roughly 22,000 parking spots available on gameday on campus. Good luck finding one, according to Associate Director of Events Nick Frenz.

“That’s between donors, Tide Pride, public parking, people working gameday, and students who live on on campus,” said Frenz.
