Chemist breaks down concerns over gel nail polish as EU bans ingredient

Earlier this week, a European Union ban on an ingredient widely used in many gel nail polishes went into effect. The chemical known as TPO gives gel polish a glossy shine as it quickly hardens under UV or LED lights. TPO has not been banned in the U.S. Kelly Dobos, a cosmetic chemist at the University of Cincinnati, joins "The Daily Report" to discuss.
