BUFFALO, N.Y. — Lawyers for Pharaoh's Gentlemen's Club owner Peter Gerace are preparing to return to court to argue for their client's conviction to be overturned or for him to be granted a new trial.

Gerace was found guilty late last year of charges including drug trafficking, sex trafficking, bribery, witness tampering, and maintaining Pharaoh's as a drug involved premises.

He faces a sentence that could effectively send him to prison for the rest of his life.

Unless his lawyers are successful in their latest motions.

Part of their argument surrounds what the foreman of the jury that convicted Gerace told 2 On Your Side in an interview following Gerace's trial.
